09 Duodecimal reset in half and half - Detant Niradin morning routine

By Yossi Sheriff

Duodecimal reset in 50:50 (ריסט שתיים עשרה עם חצי חצי) is our 9th lesson. We start this one with repetition of the techniques we learned: Gate opener, Collecting spirals, cleaning spirals and sky swimming and we go on to learn a new technique Niradin 50:50. This technique introduces the mental effort of counting while doing Mudra and combined with coordinated movement breathing creates a special kind of awareness.
