16, 2nd Mudra Primer - Detant Niradin morning routine

By Yossi Sheriff

2nd Mudra Primer (מבוא שני, מודרה) is a lesson intended to develop hand awareness and combine it with a specific sight technique.

Using the Fluttering Butterfly of lesson number 13, we raise the hands to modified Kamae and then direct the hands to the front with the fingers extended. After repeating once for each side of the modified Kamae, we do a Fluttering and extend our hand to Hira Ichi monji no Kamae and then to kongoshin-in mudra.
