Training week 16, AKBAN Ninjutsu

Week number 16 of the 2019-2020 training year

After a hiatus of three weeks in which we dismantled various kata devices and focused on them (Inside attack diagonal sabaki) and explored medial level drills in the short chain, we are going back to our hard-crunch diet of Kata. The Kata I picked today may seem diverse, from several Takamatsu Den Ryu, but are all united by a common thread. In addition, we'll be taking a glimpse into next week deeper problems with Seito kata.
