Week number 14

Emphasizing soft landing and proper ukemi we combine our flow skills learned at previous weeks to gently improve our Kubi nage, Osoto geri and Ura Oni Kudaki timing and learn a flowchart that hinges on this throw and armlock.

General AKBAN background
