Welcome to your Ninjutsu journey. The Yellow Belt level builds the essential foundations that make everything else possible. Before learning complex techniques, you must master safe training practices and basic body mechanics.
Every technique below includes video documentation showing proper form and common mistakes. Focus on quality over speed—these fundamentals will support years of advanced training. Your goal isn't just to pass a test, but to develop instinctive, reliable movement patterns.
Training tip: Start with the ukemi (rolling/falling) techniques. These aren't just requirements—they're your insurance policy for safe practice throughout your martial arts journey.
