The Yoko man migi (יוקו מן מיגי, הנבו) is a short stick (Hanbo) low violence technique in Ninjutsu. This strike utilises full control by using a sliding, two hands, motion.

The heavy weight of the traditional material of the Japanese short stick - Oak - makes one hand swings problematic because of the inertia of the stick.
