Physical therapists and Medical doctors from the AKBAN veterans Thinking group have been conducting fitness research for more than 40 years.
Our training regime requires superb fitness, but with a twist, it has to be maintained for decades, not a season.
We continue to revise and improve this fitness program.
The AKBAN fitness program allows us hard training for 40+ years, running marathons, conducting 24-hour sparring events and generally feeling better.
