Ippon seoi nage - One arm shoulder throw

Ippon seoi nage or Ippon seoe nage, is a Judo throw that is classified as a hand throwing technique.

Ippon-seoi-nage is similar to Morote seoi nage. Pull straight forward. As your opponent spins, slide your right arm up under your opponent's right armpit. Lock opponent's arm against his body, then throw over the shoulder
