Planned techniques for Tel Aviv dojo - 10.1.2013

We will be working on the Nage waza from last week's training and adding Gi work from half grip. Also, some intense Combo work before the Randori. The sessions will start with Ninjutsu kamae followed by the himum. The session ends with Randori.
