Wake up weights (קימת כוח) is a weight lifting functional exercise that promotes fitness and uses the leg muscles, hands and upright torso to achieve core strengthening effect, balance and strength.

Description of Wake up weights fitness technique

Standing up one lifts the Magelan bag with one hand straight up toward the ceiling. One then sits down, lies on the ground and stands up again while all the time keeping the hand with the weight pointing toward the ceiling. The exercise is repeated on the other side.
