Description of Tobi geri taihen - Jumping front kick

To perform this kick: jump forwards while raising the front knee and release it the same way as a push kick- with the momentum of the entire body put into the strike. This force is added to the already considerable momentum caused by the jump - which makes the kick very powerful even if it doesn't knock the opponent down, the power of the kick will push him backwards. This kick is meant to hit the torso or the face of an opponent.
