Description of Hook and cross elbows technique

While maintaining a wide stance, take a big step forward and hit the opponent's face from the side using the front elbow. The palm of the punching arm stays near the face to protect from hooks while entering. Immediately follow with another elbow of your back arm aimed at the opponent's face from above. The power of both punches comes from turning the hips.
