Clockwork weights (צעיף כריעה) is a weight lifting functional exercise that promotes fitness and uses the leg muscles, hands and upright torso to achieve core strengthening effect, balance and strength.

Description of Clockwork weights fitness technique

From a sitting position that balances on the soles of the feet one lifts both hands forward while holding the Magelan bag. One then stands up, turns both hands with the Magelan bag a few degrees to the side, sits on the ball of the feet, stands up and repeats the movement turning to the other side.
After standing one turns a little more to the side with the weight holding hands, sits, stands up and repeats until the angle of te hands is to the side every time one sits and stands.
