Week number 16 AKBAN training year

After a hiatus of three weeks in which we dismantled various kata devices and focused on them, we are going back to Kata. The Kata we'll be using, from several Takamatsu Den Ryu,may seem diverse, but are all united by a common thread. In addition, we'll be taking a glimpse into next week deeper problems with Seito kata.
