06.11.2013, Planned Ninjutsu training - AKBAN Jerusalem

In the attached two videos we can see Chiyonokuni vs Takanoyama in two consecutive Sumo bouts, and in the second one Takanoyama works out the techniques we have been practicing lately. There are several ways to apply forward force on an opponent. The most simple is a two-handed, simultaneous, push with a tsugi ashi. This Wednesday we will repeat this push and move on to diversify Uke's push technique an a way that will allow for flow in high energy scenarios. On this intricate execution phase we will be dealing with the low level of violence. The sessions start with Ninjutsu kamae followed by the himum. The session ends with Randori. I upload selected Ninjutsu lessons to the Ninjutsu training category at the AKBAN wiki. Jerusalem Martial arts academy - AKBAN Phone:052-5108747
