Wednesday in Jerusalem dojo - Basic throws and punches

Starting at 18:30, Doctor Carmel will use his Kodokan background and lead the first session with basic throws, ukemi waza and striking combinations. At the second session we will dive deeper into advanced kata levels from Takamatsu den Koryu.
