  2. Diagonal shuffle × 60 sec — step 45° forward, return; alternate sides.
  3. Triangle steps × 60 sec — forward‑left, back, forward‑right, back.
  4. Low-crouch walk × 60 sec — stay hip‑height, keep heels down.
  5. Shadow tai‑sabaki × 60 sec — blend patterns smoothly, slow to fast.
