Flying cross, aka "Superman punch", (סופרמן פנצ') is a regular cross punch done with a jumping cross step, the Yoko Aruki.
Description of superman punch
While clearing distance with the front hand the back leg is sent forward while moving forward. While the back leg is in mid air one executes a cross punch with the back fist propelled forward by the back leg touching the ground at the end of movement.
