Two more UFC competitors positive for drugs
Both Sean Sherk and Hermes Franca tested positive for drugs after their bout in the UFC 73.
While Royce Gracie chooses not to appeal after failing a previous drug test.
Gracie said that he would rather loose 2500 $US in fines and be suspended for a year (which is the standard Ruling in these cases) then pay 10000$ for lawyer fees.

I think that the problem of banning the usage of drugs in fights is that one day undetectable drugs will be available, and then it will all come down to a moral decision made by the contestant. In these kind of games the victor will then be the best cheater, as it's close to impossible to have a fair fight with the amount of drugs available.
