Fitness (כושר גופני) is the ability to perform physical activities. This ability is built upon several attributes: Strength - the ability to move weights, to lift and resist outside forces. Flexibility - the over all range of motion of the separate and combined joint movement, a range that allows for a complex movement in three dimensional space. Aerobic ability, the supply of oxygen and energy to the body in times of activity.
