We will work Ninjutsu kicks and punch combinations while repeating the Nage waza from clinch positions.
Most of the session today will be striking and kicking combinations and kata using the aggressive tai sabaki we learned. We will also repeat the sutemi waza from clinch position.

Three sutemi waza throws: Kani basami, Tani otoshi and Yoko tomoe nage are the focus of today’s session and we will explore ways to use them from the clinch.

We will do the setups that are created by kneeing the opponent in full clinch and half clinch. These setups lead to opportunities of certain sacrifice throws.

In both sessions, veterans and beginners, we will work with setups for the Ninjutsu Kani Basami throw that start with Muai Thai clinch and Muai thai half clinch.
