Adhering to the August fitness scale we are going to increase workload and do more sparring this week. I think we can finish the 1st Kata. There will not be weapon class this Friday.
For those that want to improve their reaction times and speed, we will conduct syncopation training, at the same time of the sparring. This will allow for more variability as akbanauts can spar, work the gloves, and then spar again.
