Wednesday at Jerusalem dojo – combo July 1.3, Uchi komi

Both sessions will start at 18:00 at Gan Havradim and end at 20:00.

We will continue the uchi komi work we started earlier this week combining Osoto geri and Uchimata.
The session will culminate in basic punch sabaki cominations.
