Summary
This is a Judo throw that is classified as a sacrifice throwing technique.
Description of the Technique
To perform this throw the user of the technique must, while holding the opponent- move to his side (right leg moves to the left and vice versa- thus crossing his legs). Next, the user turns around, towards the opponent while keeping the stepping leg in place, sits on the ground and places the foot of the other leg on his opponent's hip. Next, as the user falls on his back he pulls his opponent by his wrist and lapel and raises the foot which was placed on the opponent's hip upwards- throwing him over his head and torso- causing the opponent to land on his back.
