Ura oni kudaki
Ura oni kudaki is an armlock done using the arm as the lever in order to dislocate the shoulder.
Description of Ura oni kudaki
- The defender grabs the opponent's wrist from the inside with the opposite hand (e.g, left hand grabs the opponent's right wrist).
- Using his other, non grabbing hand, the defender bends the opponent's elbow to create a 90 degrees angle.
- Sometimes it is optional for the defender to enforce the opponent's bent elbow by grabbing his grabbing hand's inside elbow with his other palm.
- When the opponent's elbow is bent the defender turns and forces the opponent to fall backward or dislocate shoulder.
