Kata (shoden no kata)
Uke attacks with a right Tsuki and a left Tsuki. Tori blocks the first Tsuki with Jodan yuke and in the second Tsuki, tori performs Tai Sabaki backwards and to the left and assumes Hoko no kamae. Tori then attacks with a left push kick to the sternum and and a double Tsuki to the stomach while going down on one knee.
