Background of Tai otoshi

This is a Judo throw that is classified as a hand throwing technique.

Description of Tai otoshi

Take your opponent off balance in a right forward position (or left forward position). Then, spin your body to the left (or right) by stretching your right leg (or left) in front of opponent's right (or left) foot. You then pull down opponent's body forward over your stretched leg for a throw.
