Background

This release is used when the opponent uses a bears hug hold- from the back.

1st Henka

Description of the Technique

In the first scenario the opponent applies the bears hug around both torso and arms. To release himself of the hold- the user first hits the opponent's head with the back of his head. Next- while the opponent's head is thrown backwards- the user lowers his stance by placing his feet further apart and bending his knees, raises both of his elbows and pushes his back side into the opponent's stomach- pushing him away.
