uke: Kumi uchi.
tori: right shichibatsu area securing skin / obi with left hand, with right hand dori upper mune and uko (optional securing of nerve points in uko area), pull lower shichibatsu mae with left hand while pushing upper uko region, step in with right foot and shichibatsu behind A's shichibatsu, lifting A with your shichibatsu and his uko to nage.
Note: The meaning of Matsu Kaze is to choke by grabbing the throat. Use the thumb in the neck to shift him to your left. His buttocks should be half on, half off when lying across the knee.
