Background
This kick uses a fast whipping motion combined with an assistance of the whole center of the body to hit the body of the opponent. In many Ninjutsu kata it is aimed effectively to hit the crotch.
Description of the technique
This kick incorporates speed over strength. The kicking leg is "whipped" at the opponent. The foot hits the opponent with the ball of the foot. This kick is very effective done with both legs (front and back) and when used in combination with other strikes.
