Ikkyo ura is an armlock in Aikido. The arm lock is pressuring the elbow, wrist and, to some extent, the shoulder.

Description of Ikkyo Ura

Opponent attacks with the right hand from above. Defender moves to the side, grabs the attacker's wrist with his right hand, follows the direction of the movement and rotates clockwise. The defender puts his left palm on the opponent's right elbow to maintain pressure while the defender falls on his stomach to the mattress.
