Pull the opponent on the hip by pulling hard with both hands toward your side. At the time when the opponent is on the hip the same side leg is extended backwards while the hands make a pulling movement forward and down. This technique is a tutorial of Hane goshi This technique is part of the syllabus of Judo and of Budo Ninjutsu. This technique uses same principle as Uchimata and Harai goshi. This technique can be used as a counter to Hiza guruma and to Osoto geri.
