Background
This strike is directed at the trachea and is designed to break it. Such a strike- when performed correctly - is fatal and is as effective even when fighting extremely strong and heavy opponents. The throat is not protected on the front by powerful muscles or bone.
Description of the technique
The striking palm is open while the fingers are seperated from the thumb- all fingers are pointing forwards (the hand impacts with the palm). The body moves the same as in all techniques using the arrow step- the striking hand starts off as the back one and stretches forward as the step is made. The strike uses the momentum of the entire body and twist of the waist to gain its power.
