Shizentai or Shizen tai or Shizen no kamae, (自然の構), (שיזן טאי) is a combat stance of readiness practiced by the Takamazu den school of Fudo Ryu.
Description of Shizen tai
In Shizentai no kamae the feet are spread apart at the width of the shoulders. Knees are slightly bent, head and neck erect and watching.
