Boshi ken or Shito ken, 指刀拳, (בושי, שיטו קן) is a form of a punch used in Ninjutsu, particularly in Gyokko Ryu kata to hit the opponent.

Description of Boshi ken

Using a clenched fist the punch, push or controlling pressure is applied with the tip of the thumb. The thumb forms a straight line with the radial bone thus making the natural structure of the hand strengthen the technique.
