This week there will not be an ECR group on Friday.
During the week there will be sessions in all the AKBAN dojos. One of the veterans instructors will substitute for me on Sunday because I will be returning from the Hamburg seminar.
In the dojos we will weave inside the flow patterns we practiced these weeks sequences and throws from Takagi Yoshin Ryu (thanks to Yoav and Zvica).
