Weekly Ninjutsu plan for Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Ramat Hasharon dojo, 22-26/12/2013

This Tuesday in Tel Aviv we will be returning to Hayarkon 294 dojo. The Thursday session will be back at Ben Yehuda temporary dojo. All the sessions in Jerusalem and Ramat Hasharon stay as usual. We will be honing breathing patterns and relaxed body position in the extended combos we are working on. I attached a short clip of Mr. Perfect in AKBAN taliking about these exact things.
