Hi,
First please let me remind that you should get checked by a medical Doctor before and during any physical practice routine.
The Akban fitness routine is posted on this site, in Hebrew, English and other languages as a reference. Individual adjustments are necessary and can be made by a certified instructor.
The question of what and when to eat if you are practicing is a big one and we are writing the Akban recommendations for it. I think it will be ready before December.
Meanwhile,
1. Try to eat natural food, try to eat less food that is processed. Our law: if the product has more then 5 ingrediends, don't eat it.
2. Eat enough protein, at least 1 gr. per Kg. body weight. If you train hard everyday you can eat more. Remember, there is protein in wheat, rice etc. so take this in acount.
3. Pay attention to your cravings. Especialy concerning vegetables and fruits. Try to eat what you want in this department.
4. Minimize sweets and sweetened drinks.
5. Don't obsess. Take it easy, just enjoy the food you're eating and don't worry too much about the rules I wrote above.
